Customer story: After several visits to Shanghai Pudong branch factory for on-site inspection, the customer sent an inspection team represented by Mr. Qin to our factory for inspection. Finally, we were honored to provide the customer with 9 cranes with different tonnages from 5ton to 40ton. After the order was confirmed, considering that the customer already had 5 cantilever cranes on site, we offered to move them free of charge. During the installation, we also paid special attention to keeping the direction of the platform/logo of all the cranes in the same direction.

Our confidence in product quality moved the customer very much. After a comprehensive comparison and fully considering the cost factor, the customer finally chose Chinese European-style equipment. On the basis of mutual trust, we also extend the warranty to 36 months for our customers.
